You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

Use it for your own business
Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Offer MTDify as a SaaS

Allow public sign-ups

Host accounts for others

Resell or redistribute the software

Rebrand or white-label it
-
Publish the source code
-
Build a competing HMRC/Making Tax Digital service using it
Commercial Licensing
If you intend to:

Build a SaaS
-
Offer MTDify as a service
-
Host it for paying clients
You must contact us for a commercial licence.
Termination
Any breach of licence terms immediately terminates your rights to use the software.
